When was the last time you had great customer service…mediocre…? I’ll wait…Is it taking longer than you thought to give an answer? Well, myself as well. The words: please, thank you and have a nice day have seemed to disappear from daily customer service. It’s not every customer service representative who lacks the simple words above in their vocabulary. Only a handful of them are out there spreading their rudeness, impatience, arrogance and lack of integrity. Sadly enough, those handfuls of customer service representatives work at some of the places we frequent the most.
