Beyond Human Consumption

Beyond Human Consumption Everything is not what it seems Some things are less realistic than dreams Judging a book by the cover will lead to disappointment Restriction on the word list because only a few following judgment Confound, profound and lacking the variety of sound Hearing selectively and muffling to people, talking round after round Releasing the pressure of idiotic thoughts, in order to focus clearly and pure No longer confused by the impetus allure Beyond human consumption, because of divinity Still maintaining in limbo between spiritual and commonality Everything is not what it appears to be All will come to light, wait and see   Pondering thoughts of future plans Real life, high cost demands Seeking, searching, yearning for true aspiration Wanting to know more, despising desperation Only needed the knowledge for pure satisfaction Hoping for the transformation of positive to negative Or vice versa for a sincere delivery of a expletive Judgi...

The Loss of a Parent

The loss of a parent is felt different by everyone. The grieving can last from days to months to years. No one person can say how another should feel a specific way or react.  Actors and actresses can do only that, act.  The depth to which an individual grieves can only be determined by the person.  Strength in the person comes from something greater than themselves.  They have to go through all their personal process of grief in order to recover appropriately for their lives.  Their lives have forever changed due to the death of their parent, whether they were close to the parent or not.  Lives are changed and movies only depict a summarized portion of how grief effects it.       The recent death of my father has led me to watch more movies, ironically.  He and I would talk about everything 3 to 4 times a day every day.  Now, I watch movies as one of my pass times.  Some are supposed to represent the ...

To Whom It May Concern

To Whom It May Concern,   The number of health issues and diagnosis dealt with on a daily basis, prohibits me from living the life acceptable to the average person. There is no middle ground to reach stability considering all of my characteristics, economic challenges, health challenges and society’s acceptable way of living. Definitely not by choice, but unexpectedly like a sudden crash; my entire life went upside down. The loss of meaningful relationships was only the least of the drastic challenges revealed to me in the new journey of life I was moving toward. Middle-income and twenty something changed to low-income, disabled thirty-year-old.   Over 100 medical appointments, tests, needle pokes, screenings, supplies and people touching me combined for the last 12 years. Several different doctors to verify, correctly diagnose or simply to show care and concern have been a definite challenge as well. Very few were skilled, knowledgeable enough to treat my spe...

The Political Aspect of Violence

There must be something that can be done about all the violence in our world.  Musicians, actors/actresses, socialites and many more are affected by this tragedy.  Majority of the places people travel to, want to travel to or are currently traveling have experienced some type of crime.  Violence is happening too often and too close to home.  Shootings, robberies, arguments, fights and so much more have taken over the beauty of togetherness and turned it into something bloody.  The solid foundation of families has been turned into shambles by poor examples of tradition.  There is not a day without a violent crime being broadcast across our media networks.  The platform for control of tactics to stop the violence bounces between money and politics, sometimes both.           The world needs peace.  The only way to get peace is to start at home.  Your values should make up who you are and l...

Help Does

Our youth are our future no matter the choices they make.  Our job, as leaders, teachers, parents, coaches, etc., is to challenge them to make the best choices they can.  We should be there for them despite their thoughts, decisions and mistakes. Every person involved in a child's life has some effect. A person doesn't have to even try to make an impression for it to occur.  Our youth have alleged examples of what life is, but that is not it at all.  Once they figure that out, there is a tremendous let down or breakdown emotionally.    We see it every day in the on our social media, in the news, in the streets, in our homes or within ourselves. The idea of a misconception of reality is an actual occurrence presently. Our world has experienced dramatic changes within the last 2 to three years. It's hurting the adults, so can you imagine a youth. They are just trying to figure out who they are, then EVERYTHING changes. Yet, no one can help he or she dea...
