The silent manipulation unfolding among our creation

Violence rising, adultery exposed, children shot as they sleep, teens die waiting for a ride to be educated, elderly beaten while just trying to enjoy independence.

We watch as surrounding buildings crumble, monuments are distorted with graffiti; gangbangers rob the poor and needy.

Shameful actions covered by joyful expressions of so-called power.

Mimicking what has been seen, displayed, shown, mocked by small snippets of television faction or media competition for action.

Information to some, ignored by none.
               Lives taken for granted by no one age group
               specifically.
               It must start at home, among the confines of
               the walls.
               Learning to love, respect, honor and
               stand together or

We fall.

Are politics being run by fame, notoriety and wealth?                                                 The world today is different compared to just a year ago.   Everyone seems to be touchy and sensitive about everything.   Some people are marching just to be marching with their friends, not knowing the true cause. Our Youth's Education is at Risk!

         There was a woman (race not important for this) on television the other day.  She was being interviewed by a female reporter.  Forgive me, I can't recall the station nor the show because the content grabbed my attention instantly!  The middle-aged woman was crying to the reporter.  The woman told the reporter she did not want to tell her students to go to college.  Yes, the middle aged woman was a teacher!  She continued by saying she couldn't bare to see the faces of her students when they found out she lied about their futures.  The teacher stated if she told them going to college would lead to a successful career and a great life, she would be lying.  When in reality, she further spoke, a person graduates from college with tremendous debt, working a underpaying job, and struggling to balance family time vs. work to pay bills time.         I had to sit back and...
