Covid-19, Delta, What's Next?

Over a year ago, the world experienced the panic, chaos and the running out of essential living supplies.  All this was due to the pandemic set by Covid-19.  No one knew exactly what to do or how to combat it in their country, yet successful steps were made.  Day by day, plea for plea, television conferences after television conference; countries began to gradually open their world's back up.  Communities were not back to normal, but more people felt safer.  Families became closer, friendships either grew closer or farther apart.  The pandemic created change all over the world whether an individual wanted to be effected by it or not.

Today, we are dealing with a new variant: Delta.  Now, every precaution set in place by cities, states and countries has to change or be altered.  The lack of knowledge and the lack of unity has, is and will continue to also effect the transmission of these variants.  The fight for life has had to reach all the way up to the President of the United States having to take serious precautions and lay down rules for our country to follow.  Other country leaders have taken even more serious precautions than President Biden as far as managing Covid-19 and the Delta Variant.  A person's beliefs and values, not the influence by uneducated, gossiping or political motivated only type of people, should influence their decision to take the vaccines and possible, upcoming booster shots.

The importance of life is what the main focus of taking the vaccines should be.  Do research before taking the advice of what your favorite celebrity may say or your favorite politician.  DO THE RESEARCH!  Everything your celebrity "friend" says may not always be what is best for you.  They have their reasoning based on their lives and you should make your decision based on YOUR life.  These are our children, family, friends and co-workers we have to consider when considering these vaccines.  We have no idea what could be next in these days.  Why not take all the precautions possible with every step or problem that comes?

                                                    Peace & Love

Social Media and Our Own Values

The television, computer, cell phone and advertising media has changed the belief system for some Americans.  There are schools across the world teaching computer technology (with social media examples) over religion, cultural differences and unity among all.  Additionally, people are more exposed to the harshness of reality and mimicking what they see.  How do people see more violence, hatred, body shaming, drug abuse/overdoses, money glorification and sexual immorality?  Mostly through the media!      The stories about Serena Williams and Les Moonves (CBS former CEO and Executive) have taken  over the social media scene this past weekend.  They have crossed all different topics such as race relations, sports, history, women's rights, violence, sexuality, embarrassment, LOVE, RESPECT, honesty, fear, acknowledgment, trust, lies, misconduct, power abuse, working class, sexual aggression, family, mother/daug...

Are politics being run by fame, notoriety and wealth?

Are politics being run by fame, notoriety and wealth?                                                 The world today is different compared to just a year ago.   Everyone seems to be touchy and sensitive about everything.   Some people are marching just to be marching with their friends, not knowing the true cause. If a celebrity is doing it, he/she is more likely, going to have a following.   The fame, notoriety and wealth status has led to the election of our most recent president.   Realistically, hos moral character was not a factor relating to his election!   The more fame he gained from his political fight came from the misconception about his many business ventures.   Highlighting the word misconception because majority of pe...

Our Youth's Education is at Risk!

There was a woman (race not important for this) on television the other day.  She was being interviewed by a female reporter.  Forgive me, I can't recall the station nor the show because the content grabbed my attention instantly!  The middle-aged woman was crying to the reporter.  The woman told the reporter she did not want to tell her students to go to college.  Yes, the middle aged woman was a teacher!  She continued by saying she couldn't bare to see the faces of her students when they found out she lied about their futures.  The teacher stated if she told them going to college would lead to a successful career and a great life, she would be lying.  When in reality, she further spoke, a person graduates from college with tremendous debt, working a underpaying job, and struggling to balance family time vs. work to pay bills time.         I had to sit back and...
